(1) There shall be a Service Fund Management and Operation Committee for the management and operation of the Service Fund.
(2) The committee shall consist of the following members:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare – Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(d) Office of Joint Secretary, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers - Member
(e) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Local Development – ​​Member
(f) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare – Member

(g) Director General, Women Development Department – ​​Member
(h) Representative, National Commission for Women – Member
(i) Deputy Inspector General of Police, Directorate of Women and Children Services, Police Headquarters – Member
(j) One representative of the service center designated by the Ministry - member
(k) Deputy Secretary (Law), Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare – Member – Secretary
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(4) The administrative expenses of the committee will be met from the service fund. But that expenditure will not exceed ten percent of the total budget of the service fund.
(5) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be in the Ministry.
